So as you may or may not know our wonderful Oliver Wilson Dickson has moved onto pastures new with huge love and thanks for all he’s done with Alaw in the past we wish him all the best…We now therefore have a new Furiously good Fiddle player in the wonderful slightly too tall for my liking PATRICK RIMES… We have been a little quiet recently as we re-configure and re-calibrate what this next incarnation of Alaw will look and sound like.
However we are hitting Autumn with an Accolade from The Welsh Folk Awards Under our belt ( the second award for us now ) for best song in the English Language co-written by Oli and our awesome Singer Nia Lynn.
We also have some lovely Gigs coming up where you can hear the fresh new line up, a brand new take on the Alaw Classics and some exciting new material that we cant wait to share with you.
